Savenergy OÜ was established in July 2009.

The European Union is commited to reducing its overall emissions to at least 22% below 1990 levels by 2020. The buildings consume 40% of total energy in EU. Only low-energy buildings have to be built after 2020 in EU.

Savenergy OÜ is an engineering company offering building energy efficiency consulting, building energy calculation and sustainable HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems design service in Estonia and worldwide.

For building performance analysis we use the most modern and fastest dynamic building energy simulation software which calculates the building energy demand for heating, cooling and entire building energy balance. It contains sophisticated calculation methods for heat storage, air infiltration, solar energy, transmission through the ground, heat pumps, floor heating etc. Using local weather data we can do energy simulation for a building from Thailand to Greenland. 

We also offer Passive House calculations using PHPP2007 software and are able to do Passive House calculations for buildings located in any part of the world.

Savenergy OÜ engineers have 15 years experience in heating and ventilation systems design field and 3 years experience in building energy calculations field. They have worked before at Estonian leading engineering bureaus and have had additional training in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Germany.

Savenergy OÜ designer has been certified as a "Passive House Designer" by the Passivhausinstitut in Darmstadt, Germany. 

We have done PHPP calculations for two winner Passive House projects of Jõelähtme Housing Fair 2011 and for four Passive Children`s Homes in Viljandi and Väikemõisa in Estonia.
Currently we started the first nearly zero energy building project in Estonia – Nõlvaku Kindergarten.
